Team USA are United Cup champions once more after triumphing in the final 2-0 over Team Poland on Sunday night!
This is the second tournament win for the Americans while the Poles suffered their second staight loss in a final.
With Coco Gauff prevailing over Iga Swiatek in the women’s singles leg, Team USA placed one hand on the silverware.
The team’s victory was later sealed after Taylor Fritz hosed down a fightback from Hubert Hurkacz to put the last nail in Poland’s coffin.
Earlier, Iga Swiatek beat long-time rival Elena Rybakina in the United Cup to send Poland through to the final, after Hubert Hurkacz earlier defeated Alexander Shevchenko in straight sets.
