Novak Djokovic achieved a historic milestone on May 24, 2025, by winning his 100th ATP singles title at the Geneva Open. In a grueling final that lasted over three hours, the 38-year-old Serbian star defeated Poland’s Hubert Hurkacz 5–7, 7–6(2), 7–6(2), rallying from a set down and a 2–4 deficit in the final set to secure the victory.

With this triumph, Djokovic became only the third man in the Open Era to reach 100 career singles titles, joining tennis legends Jimmy Connors (109 titles) and Roger Federer (103 titles). He also became the first player to win ATP titles in 20 consecutive seasons, underscoring his remarkable longevity and consistency in the sport.

Djokovic’s 100 titles span 29 cities across 19 countries on four continents, with the majority of his victories coming in Europe (45 titles) and the United States (18 titles).

This milestone victory provided a significant boost to Djokovic’s confidence as he heads into the French Open, where he aims to secure a record-extending 25th Grand Slam title.

Djokovic has never shied away from history, and his 100th tour-level title is the latest monumental milestone in his singular career. No doubt he’ll keep striving for more.

“I know exactly what I need to do to maintain my body and mind and spirit in the right, optimal state for me to have the opportunity to break records and to go further,” he said at the United Cup at the start of the 2024 season.

“Congrats to Novak, his family and his team. One hundred , it’s a lot,” Hurkacz said.

“It’s really inspiring how you present yourself on the court, off the court. It’s just incredible what you have achieved, so congrats for that and for what you have done for the whole sport of tennis,” he added.
